Admins including Talal and Nelis have been watching you on a number of UC accounts and believed you have been using cheats. To add to there evidence your forum report shows you have Cheat installed. Final decision regarding the ban goes to Nelis.

I just got a pm from some one with more evidence that you are cheating, you will not be unbanned.
