Why would it be useful:more ribbons.
Additional comments:First of all, S.A Army Lookin Good Ribbon: Kill 500 suspects as a S.A Army members. Secondly, The S.A Army Going Over It:Kill 100 suspects using choppers or planes. Thridly, the S.A Army Ending Their Fun:End 25 car cophunts(You know what im sayin right?). Foruthly and finally, the S.A Army Dont rob the bank:Kill 50 suspects with a money bag.

+1 for the money bag kills achievement.
Kills achievement are already there, but they're known as "Army score achievements" - That's the same.
Car cop hunt = would be hard to capture or take screenshot, because of the time they just get off and shoot. And in other way, there's Rhino ribbon if you finish off a car cop hunt using Rhino, so no for it.

Kill 100 suspects using choppers or planes: There's already hunter/hydra/sparrow kill achievements so that includes the planes/choppers.

Money bag kills achievement would be fine only.

Sounds a lot like the Getting There... Ribbon to me, but with a lower amount of score, or are you purposing something else?

We got serval Ribbons for that already, just for a specific vehicle.

It's near impossible to provide proper evidence of a member actually ending it.
