Hey guys
Need help regarding the recorders samp film makers use like gwl used in this one. i want to have this recorder someone pls tell me about this recorder it's link and name and how to use some i mean like 2-3 steps so i can give it a start

It is allowed to use this recorder without permission of administors?

Any recorder can record like this, you need to edit video after you record it. There are few programs which you need to buy like Fraps, Dxtory, Mirilis Action, ... Free programs are OBS and Shadowplay (if you have Nvidia GPU). You can record your gameplay whenever you want to.

If you have Nvidia graphic card, you can use free Shadowplay, you will have to download Geforce experience for that.

The cool-look is all done though editing.

As for a recorder, Fraps is pretty much the simplest you can get.
If you want cool things like Instant Replay, get NVIDIA GeForce Experience which includes Shadowplay
