why should it be accepted : Well, not everyone own bike even I don’t and we have all cars in the parking area so why no a bike?

why should it be accepted : As per “luxury” so the vehicles should have nitro already in it.

why should it be accepted : The house owners should be allowed to add neon on the luxury vehicles.

Na well your paying just 10 euros and you already get a lot of stuffs adding nitros umh na spawn as mech and add em your self? basically your just paying 10 euros and the int is worth 10dps itself already it gives you a lot of benefits like your own carspawn luxury vehicles sky dive what more do you need lol if luxury houses were worth like 20 euors or somthing i would have agreed to your points

The payment do matter but when it comes to a class "luxury" these things should be there too.

Not at all its just a luxury house not a group if your in need of somthing like neons u gotta pay for them because there are several reasons to prove your points wrong
-Your paying 10euros you get a lot of benifits for 10 euros where as in normal houses you gotta pay even more where you do not get these benifits which you get in a luxury houses for a normal house youpay 10dps for the int +4dps to get it donated comparing it with lux houses its cheap.
-giving the house owners accese to free donated items like neons it would cause lag or more fps drops just wouldn't be good because you dont pay for these and still all owners can accese these
-items isnt needed as there is an 69cents next to luxury houses
You cant expect so much by just paying 10 euros

Well, i removed the "item peter" suggestion i forgot that there is 69 cent right next to the houses.
about the neons it would be cool, lets see what the suggestion section supervisor and dev decision.

Negative for neon and NRG-500 but for nitro yes, why not?

Negative due to the fact that:

-Neon are not of any use in the game except for showing off. So negative
-Everyone owns the NRG 500 and its not expensive, its 120k. A couple of robberies and you can buy it,

Nitro, I don't like to drive cars with nitro as it affects my driving, if you really want nitro, go and install it on the transfender shop. And your other suggestions are making the luxury houses look like group HQ.

Maybe add an option (a command) that can only be used in the area of the luxury houses. This command should be able to put nitro for the vehicles.

For the neon, I'm kinda neutral with it, as it really won't add much, but would be a good addition.

As for the NRG-500, I'm positive with it as not everyone would always want to drive a car, sometimes a bike. Maybe add 3-4 (number can be decided) NRGs in the parking lot.
