Well the screen above is self explanatory the house icon is bugged
I dont actually know its bugged or its placed so over there although its breaking the house placement rule i thought of making a report the House id is 740

He's a senior so yeah, he can place a house whereever he wants I guess andf I believe the house is used for events as it has the duel arena interior

Actually, no. The house will be removed as its invalid, I already talked with Sowhat about this house and I'm pretty sure seniors aren't any exception when it comes to invalid houses.

It doesn't harm anyone and obiously he cannot spawn there and/or have any advantages over others by owning it. The house has been there for years so it's actually fine if you ask me, even though it does break the house placement rules indeed.

Its true that rules apply for everyone and that a house can't be there, but this is not really a bug. So, its not for the bug section. And even though its not by the rules, that house does not harm anyone or give him any spawning advantages.
