"Group Rights" rule [DENIED]

Your name: [Lsrcr]Flash
Suggestion headline: Enforce and change the punishment of the "asking for group rights is not allowed" rule to minimum 3 days.
Picture: Keep the picture in this
Spoiler: show
Importance of suggestion: 10/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: Every time any group leader gets in-game, he gets spammed for rights, even after the rule was introduced, no one followed it. I keep reporting the same guy 10+ times but he doesn't get punished. It ruins any group leader's game-play, if you're gonna reply with "/pmoff or /ignore". NO, it doesn't work. It simply doesn't. They stalk you and spam you in /w. The PMs get spammed if any leader has to do some work he has to come with UC account. They get punished, jailed/warned but it still has no effect on them. Asking for group rights is common and literally everyone in the server annoy us. Even I, myself, get spammed by 20+ ppl daily and no one takes action. I'll wait for group leaders to vote on this.

+1, although I don't get asked constantly by the same person, I understand that certain groups/players are under more fire than I am.

Even though I completely agree. A lot of people constantly ask for group rights and all, but still I don't think community members are allowed to choose the punishment for a rulebreak. It is left upon the admins discretion and they punish the player according to the situation and circumstances. Still, voted a yes.

Please please save my PMs, i don't want to get my PMs spammed more.
I'm done with these players , they don't even understand a simple word " NO ".

Ls-rcr's playerbase will just drop from 50-60 avg to 30-40. Is it really that hard to just /ignore the player? It really doesn't make any sense to ban people for asking for rights, definitely a BIG negative from me. Just use /ignore or talk with him in a polite and calm way and explain him since you're a rolemodel. I'm even for removing this rule because there's no logic behind it.

This goes to every group leader.

If jailing and warning has no effect, banning them will make it even worse. People who usually ask me for rights have zero English knowledge nor they understand any message I send to them, so obviously banning won't help. Imagine yourself as a newcomer, you just wanna enter some group and spend some time with other group members but you don't know what a forum is or even where to apply so you just ask a leader in-game (considering they are literally 10 year old and have no English knowledge whatsoever). If an experienced player asks you repeatedly, then reporting him would be fine as long as you warn him few times verbally yourself.
