Picture: Why should it be accepted?: The past few years the server has been losing players, and obviously it would be good to turn things around. Therefore for the past year I've been thinking of the perfect way to up the player count on the server. The solution is to make Wanted an admin, he's rich and has the money needed to pay for advertisement on all the billboards at Times Square, and all the other big cities in the world. He will make LS-RCR playerbase increase by 2000% in a matter of seconds.

You mean only having money can lead him to admin? if someone is poor and got more exp then him and he is trying to be admin he cant? coz he cant put adv on billiboard? If talking about money there are so many players who can spend in sec's just they dont have exp. hope u understand what im trying to say here.
