Forum auto template

Your name: [MOB]ibrar.123
Suggestion headline: Forums auto template
Forum
Picture:
Why should we accept this: forum auto template is helpful and time saving as we can have something like whenever we post a new topic it can have auto temple which can be edited. Rather than going back to the template post and copy pasting it we can have it already. This thing is useful and will help us from straight away writing our thing out.

The template we use for example :

In-game name
Reason
Score:

We can make it auto for certain sections rather then going to the post of template and copy pasting it from there the format. Its clear enough i guess

Okay, so...
1. Don’t be lazy
2. It’s very little effort to copy something
3. This will be hard to script and to adjust without constantly having to involve the devs

-1

As Robin said. In addition to that, if an applicant can't follow something basic, such as copying a template which is at the Applications section, then I believe he won't be able to find the rules from the resources section.

As to what you were suggesting, you're saying that copying a "tester's template" or "denied/accepted" template would take some time. You could, however, have a folder on your desktop, labeled with your groups' name, and within the folder would be each and every template you use for your group, just like I have for LSPDU. It would be more efficient and easy to use; might aswell try it before taking the suggestion into consideration

I have them on an external site (with time/reason generation for denial templates), otherwise I take them from a notepad++ tab. It barely takes any time.

Your point number 1 doesnt make any sense, 2. Its not about the effort most of the newbies and sometimes the members use the wrong template its a better way for them. 3 it might be like a little bit but its not something that is impossible to do.

We believe that's not really needed. Not only it might require some time to be scripted but we also want players to have full understanding of what they are doing. As DeadlyKiller said, if someone is not capable of just copying a template then I am afraid they won't be able to also read the rules and do simple tasks.

Thanks for the suggestion but it has been dismissed.
