Why would it be useful:Kill 25 suspects in mid air(Not touching the ground/water/in a chopper)
Additional comments:You can kill suspects who are jumping in mid air using BMX. doing stunts

Mostly wouldn't be able to provide proofs unless the guy is recording

You will see his dead body in the air.

Although we are constantly on the lookout for new Ribbons, this isn't really the type of Ribbon we'd like to see to be added.
I do appreciate the effort, though.
