Anything else:He told me that he was selling 2 jcs for 1.7m dollars.So I accepted the deal and said him I'll buy it (It was at night when the bank was closed).So I told I'll buy when the bank opens.He said me Okay.Than when the bank opened I asked oussama to give me jcs ill give him money.he said me U send!!I sent him than he said nah.I asked him if he was giving me jcs he said me no read rules its not scamming.Hope to get my money back.

Do you have evidence of the actual deal agreement? I mean, Oussama852 saying that he will sell you x number of Jailcards for 1.7m?

"You may not scam jail cards. Scamming someone out of jail cards will lead to a 3 day ban per card. If you scam someone out of in-game cash, and you were selling the cards, you will be banned for 1 day per card."
