Describe the bug: If cop cuffs you for example in bank, and you leave bank you can't walk anymore, but until u leave it u can walk which is normal

The Devs will be informed, thanks for reporting.

You will be able to walk after you leave the bank whilst being cuffed.
Changes will be reflected after the server is updated. Thanks for reporting the bug!
