You think you're a good modder? If so then I have a challenge for you, try to make a skin with a San Jose Sharks jersey with black dickies and white cortez shoes I would do it myself but I don't Know how to create mods. I've tried but gave up because it became too complicated for me. So, if some one could make a skin with a sharks jersey then you will be claimed as the best modder I know. Here's a picture if you don't know how it looks.

Will take some time to actually rig it and shit. If you need it on a complete new few, then it might even take a month. Tools that will be used are :-

Autodesk 3D max
TXD Workshop
other editors.

To use 3Ds Max you have to download the plugin that will export the model into .dll. I don't know if you could use Zmodeler2, never saw it being used to mod a skin.

Anyway, Silent, I highly doubt that someone would do it for your for free. You know people these days, they are either greedy or really busy that they need a reason to slip your request in their fully occupied schedule.

I suggest you try consulting at GTA modding sites. They might be able to make it for you.
