I even helped you, on one of the pictures an orange suspect broke out of cuffs and left the swat car, I stunned him with water allowing you to kill him, which you did.

For anyone concerned, I did not have bad intentions with the water tank. I've been nothing but good, by stunning the criminals for nearby swat and army. Cover seems to be pissed due to the fact I've reported him, which shouldn't have, but did, brought us to this report. [Lsrcr]Words has confirmed that I am allowed to water criminals as long as it only stuns them, as a medic.
