Rules:

• Do only post screenshots with valid proof. Do not edit or crop your screenshots before posting them.

• Do not use old screenshots. All screenshots need to be taken after the event has been announced.

• Do not ask members/friends to help you in order to win this event.

• Score of the LEO's you're gonna be kidnapping needs to be 400+

• In Game time must be between 21:00 and 8:00

• If you kidnapped the player,
  get to the blackouts base and give him the message there.

• Give this message in whisper before ejecting him: Pay to Blackouts if you want freedom - One of em'

Just decrease some restrictions. The part of that message and taking the player to base is too difficult as he can easily ransom till we take him to base.

Increase kidnaps and just remove that message and taking to base restriction.

Sorry, but I can't revert from voting.

I don't really find this event very hard or not even close to hard. It just requires a lil bit of time which none of you wants to spend except for one or two. I've noticed a thing this month which is, most of the players are spawning in skin only when I'm cophunting. I've rarely seen the group cophunting from last 7-8 days when I'm UC. Group activity has dropped since October, this is also the reason I delayed last month promotions topic. If this will keep going this way then I've sadly no other choice left rather than issuing punishments to inactive players.

Event is re-opened and will remain opened until we get a winner. Prize has been updated as well.
