Need help - Getting different packet losses on every different application. e.g 30-40% in TeamSpeak 3, 4-10% in CS:GO and 11-20% in SA-MP. This is not my internet issue since it's working fine with constant 0 packet loss on laptop. Any solution how to fix this? Windows update is turned off and nothing is downloading in background. Could it be cause of outdated Ethernet driver?

I find it hard to believe that it's just certain applications that are encountering this problem, rather certain destinations maybe?

If there's a driver update available, it might not be a bad idea to do that first - however make sure to get the version that you are currently on and then download that in-case you need to revert! Last thing you want to do is have no network drivers that are working.

I'd suggest trying to run a continuous ping to test the latency and to see if any of them are being dropped.
A solid destination to use would be Google's DNS - being 8.8.8.8 primary and secondary being 8.8.4.4

Run the following in a command prompt window: The output should look like the following: https://prnt.sc/m27gu5

You can then run a ping to LS-RCR's IP address, I can't remember it off the top of my head so if you log into SAMP, it'll be printed in your chat when you're joining.

If you want, it might be a good idea to look into network activity on your machine (to make sure there's nothing like a RAT accessing your machine) I'd suggest downloading GlassWire - it's free and useful - I've left a link to it below this.
