Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: I think today.
Describe the bug: Same as the bugged gift at East Los Santos. I took it and it just disappeared , nothing happened.

It is bugged most of the time. but we often get reward sometime there.

Ye sometimes it is bugged, sometimes not as east los santos one sometimes it's not bug n you can take it and sometimes you can take it from another position in same location east los santos

^ this but these two presents are there 24/7.

It doesn't stop present from spawning at the next location then what's the issue?

Basically what Ackman said. We will try to look more into it but for now ignore it. It does no harm.
