Picture: This is optional Why should we accept this: So the forum chat is already dead. I used to visit different forums when i was inactive and i saw many of the peoples just chatting on the forum having fun. Yes i know that discord is a place where easily we can do that but peoples who don't use discord frequently can have a chance to interact with community via forum chat. Now since forum chat is not on our main page rather its on a separate page barely anyone visits it and in this way there is no interaction in community on forum.
Secondly forum chat should be accessible to all for registered as well as unregistered so as if any new member have any issue then he have a place where he can ask questions.
To avoid spam chat time restriction can be added for the guest members (obviously most of the registered wont spam).

I don't think think this is really needed since we already have a chat option and people use them barely because they're not interested or whatsoever. As Knight said, we already have discord to share and talk matters this won't be used if improved. I remember Indognito sending message in forum chat back then and now he stopped it, probably because none wasn't interested in typing there.

But many of the people dont use discord (even i was not using it before) so what about those peoples?

As you said, Discord is on the way for anyone to choose this. Discord is way more practical and you can also access from internet. I also don't know what you mean, because we already have a chat. app.php/mchat

Yes i agree that we have a chat box available but barely someone (or i would say no one) visits it
and if a newbie joins the forum (While browsing internet) and does not know shit about discord so how is he meant to get info like something that he wants to know or anything.

Use Discord, there’s no use in adding ANOTHER chat box that will be as inactive as the first one...

The chat is there on the forums for a reason and discord is there if you want something *better...?*
