When did the bug appear: today
Describe the bug: I was chasing red suspect cuffed him at jefferson, he kept on shocking me while being cuffed n ran to checkpoint at jefferson, towed his nrg-500, drove while being cuffed n ran away, so i couldn't take proofs of that and had to get santa to test the bug with him ( he is not bug abusing but i told him to do that to get some proofs ) and he agreed so here is the proof https://ibb.co/pyDj2Tk

One more bug read below

Instead of making new topic etc there is another bug for cuffed players when he crouch as cuffed on the car he looks like uncuffed n once he is not crouching, he becomes cuffed https://ibb.co/z8ZM13B

The first bug has been informed to the developers. About the second bug, I tried pressing C in top the car but it gave the cuffed animation still:

However, in invul's screen it didn't give the cuffed animation, but I don't think the second one is really a bug, its just an animation thing.

I think in other's screen it shows that you are not cuffed, in your screen it shows cuffed no matter pressed c or not, so yeah it's advantage in your own side if you press c n other cops that come to arrest you see that you are not cuffed n try to cuff you one more time, and this should be fixed if it's a bug.

The only problem i see is being able to tow your vehicle whilst being cuffed, anims being different are just yours. Will try it on beta server and check the fix!
