Stop with permanent bans (READ CAREFULLY)

Your name: Lumix
Suggestion headline: Stop permanently banning people
Picture: Keep the picture in this
Spoiler: show
Importance of suggestion: 10/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: I know it sounds weird and stupid, but please listen to me. I really don't understand what's the actual point of giving permanent bans, why don't you just give like 30 day ban or something similar? There are many players (mostly around 12-15) who find Lsrcr as a heaven and is everything to them, so why would you do that? There are many of them that are not even that good at english nor do they understand all the rules properly, and then you punish them this way? On all those SAMP server I have played so far, I have never seen anyone getting permanent ban, the biggest period I've seen was 2 months for using some cheats. Therefor, why wouldn't LSRCR Staff do this too? I mean, what can you lose?
If someone uses cheats, ban him for a temporary time (must be longed period since player used cheats, like a month or two, you decide) and next time he won't do that. If he does it again after waiting his time out, either ban him permanently or give him doubled period (like 3-4 months or whatever) and such. Now some of you may think that it will encourage players to use cheats and do shit. No, it won't. We have our administrators online every day at almost every time (don't know what it's like during the night) and they would easily deal with cheaters. We literally have nothing to lose as a community, I believe. Same thing for ban evading. It's just horrible seeing a player getting permanent ban for ban evading. We all are impatient sometimes, everyone is. And you would really punish some 13 year old boy because he wasn't patient enough and couldn't wait his ban time out so created another account to play his favorite game? That's pretty harsh, admit it.

Now, take a look at this unban application: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=97866
Just look at his english skills and assume his age. Don't you see that this server means a lot to him? He probably doesn't even understand what wrong he did, he might be lying, he might be an asshole, but the question is: who the fuck really cares about him? If he gets caught doing shit on server, ban him for longer period and period. Maybe is he trying to fool administration, but he's only fooling himself because you have evidence of everything, don't you? So just forgive these newbies and others when they break rules. We all break rules, we're all sinners. Is it a nice feeling when you can't prove that you've changed, or is it a nice feeling when someone takes something away from you what you love the most? I don't think so. Most of the unban applications are like the I mentioned, so if you keep banning those who are too new on this server and don't understand the basics yet, I really don't know how you are going to keep this server alive. When the old ones will leave, who will remain? Permanently banned newbies.

I don't know what you all think about it, but I think this could keep players here and make them not leave. To me, it's just sad seeing someone not being able to play/do something they really love because of just one stupid mistake. Give everyone another chance, no matter what they do because everyone deserves a chance to clean up their mistakes. We, as a whole community, definitely have nothing to lose. Also, I think comparing this suggestion to globan and special unban is useless, this is way different.

In conclusion, all am I suggesting is that you should be more kind and humble when it comes to bans. It's just a game after all, isn't it? Let those who enjoy it really enjoy it, and those who make mess around, punish them in an appropriate way.

Ultimately you meant permanently ban those who got unban and use cheat again. It would double up staff work.
If i think more it will decrease Ban evading.
I am currently neutral on this suggestion.

Even admin has to do some work about this suggestion, just If this suggestion will be implented.

I agree with what lumix said we should stop banning someone permanently as you can see a lot of newbies, cheaters, ban evaders etc. when they get banned, they will still come back. because this game really means a lot to them, Like me when i was banned before i'm missing the server I've tried to evade but admin caught me(thanks for the special unban), i didn't say that I'm addicted on this server, but this server is different from other servers Maybe they can't find happiness there but this server gives a lot of happiness like when you're playing with your friends doing cophunts or playing being a leo arresting criminals etc. Maybe if they break a rules punish them in a appropriate way, We need to increase the players population too. Maybe there will be a lot of players if this rules will be implented. :)

Cheating should, no matter what, be a permanent ban.
If you ‘love’ the server so much, why cheat?

Everyone in life tried to cheat somehow in different ways on whatsoever. There's no obligation for giving permanent ban for cheating, someone just first came up with this idea and started implementing it on players while no one has ever wondered or criticized it in any way.

Isn't it a bigger pain the ass for admins when someone gets permanently banned for cheating and then responding to their annoying unban applications and reading their lies instead of just temporary moving them away from the server so they learn their lessons?
