Suggestion(s): Add second fighter jet plane (Hydra) at the S.A. Army ship in Los Santos
Why would it be useful: I believe it will be useful since on our S.A. Army ship we have two types of each vehicle which really comes handy, I believe having second fighter jet plane (Hydra) at our ship will also come handy.

This was suggested before and it was denied, because you can easily spawn in Las Venturas and fly quickly anywhere with Hydra.

I had an idea when I joined first time that here could be one more hydra. Many army nowadays and this would be useful for sure. Make lift stay always down.

This is needed so that people don't have to fight over a jet, when they actually need it.

Whenever I played in Army (temp rights), the hydra always seemed to be missing. Adding another one wouldn't hurt.
