Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: after server placing hits
Describe the bug: You cant see by who is hit placed and for how much money anymore, unless you have hit too - then you can see it
Frequency: always
Severity: (major/minor/blocker) what is this
Steps to reproduce: what is this

Severity can be Major (has a major impact), Minor or Blocker (which doesn't let players do their task - for example doesn't let you rob a shop, or drive your vehicle etc)
But the most important is Steps to reproduce field. It will help the developers to spend more time in fixing the bug and identifying the cause rather than trying to reproduce it (which sometimes takes as much as 70% of the total time).
