Suggestion(s): Add police lights and neons to Army VIP vehicles
Why would it be useful: Because it's fun and I believe more people would actually consider buying VIP, I know I would consider.

Positive, why not..

SWAT VIP has such stuff so... Army VIP isn't worth donating (that much) because we only get wallet,cork, ribbon, weapons kit & vehicles.

We can get weapons from the ship, fly hydra to RPL and you got everything which Army VIP has (except for 1500 hp & ribbon). So adding neons and policelights to army vip vehicles would be a good idea and people might consider donating it.

It's positive from my side, It will be more funny and many players will buy it

Hmm could be added. We have also added light beams to heli's for SWAT and Army (for all members), but initially it was only for SWAT and Army VIP's and was added by mistake for everyone.
