Describe the bug: Kyou. said he is selling a house and we got I deal, I get the house for $30.000.000
I bought the house but it's still Kyou.'s. I asked him to put it on sale again for $1 and he did but the house still bugged.

The developers are already aware of this.

This will be fixed soon (should hopefully be fixed on development branch already). I have manually transferred the house for now.
