Where does the bug appear: (server/forum)
When did the bug appear: today
Describe the bug: I kidnapped a player and he tried /cutrope without razor and he successfully managed to release himself.
Frequency: (rare/always) no idea
Severity: (major/minor/blocker) minor

I doubt this is related to cutrope or the kidnap command at all. It could be a synchronization issue or some other thing, but if it said he didn't have a razor and there was no cut rope announcement in the chat then it wouldn't have removed him from the vehicle. Therefore I don't think this bug is easily reproduceable, at least not with the steps you provided.

Has this occured again since the day you reported it? Any updates?

Has this occured again since the day you reported it? Any updates?

I haven't tried but as CX said, the player was either most probably synchronized or the bug is not happening most of the times. I'll let you know via PMs if it occurs again.
