Additional information:1. Check main chat - told him we're not sued - his response was to report him, and then rule-break happens. First he shoots and then ganster shoots back, you can see connie didn't shoot cause if we were sued he would engage for sure. After I asked him if he need help with rules, said he done nothing wrong.
2. We destroyed his rhino, then he took connie's lol. Great skills anyway.
3. Shoots the cops and one innocent, u can see police car is destroyed after shot, while before isn't.
Later he also blow up ganster's nrg while being innocent, don't have video of that. Tried solving this in-game but as soon I pmed him he /ignore me.

@Flameknight small tip; whenever a suspect is running towards you in situations like these, you can 'work around' the Rhino's unpredictable aim by shooting the wall next to him.

I have contacted Robin on discord regarding this report and have no intentions of replying again in this ridiculous report unless requested by high army staff.

Please only reply if you are the reporter, reported player, part of the Army High Command or are specifically requested to reply by the AHC.

I've re-uploaded it, and I'll get into the report this evening.

As said, the first video doesn't show anything, so that part is dismissed.

At the very end of the video, Flameknight shot with the cop being way too close, so yeah that's a rulebreak.

The police car wasn't occupied, unoccupied vehicles can't explode due to SA-MP limitations.
Nobody was hurt or close enough to get hurt as far as I can tell, so, dismissed.
