Suggestion(s): Making hydra wings and wing-lets fixable.
Why would it be useful: So its about hydra as you all know its pretty hard to fly while its wings/winglets are broken, making it fixable would be pretty good as like S.W.A.T has wheels fixing command there must be smthing for army faction too.
Additional comments: Same cool-down timing as swats, so it wouldn't be abused. If you find it as a good suggestion we surely need your opinions. If it'd get accepted the command will be /hwf(hydrawingfix). If you have anyother command which suits more please note it down.

I support if this is for specific rank, not going to support for every rank. The rank should be Second Lieutenant+ in my opinion - Though this would be useful, sometimes the SAMP does not sync the trees and you accidentally hit them and get your wings broken, it's not about opened eyes all the time.
