Reporting [Lsrcr]Nikola

Your name:Overdose
Their name(s):[Lsrcr]Nikola
Offense(s):Shooting/damaging nearby civillians with Rhino while trying to shoot at wanteds
Evidence:
Additional information:It's crystal clear, and this is a video of Robin removing ''create a report'' after i said it was Nikola the rule breaker lol

I have posted the video just in case to deal with the rulebreak accordingly and to not attempt to ''covering a friend''

Sooo, your point is? I didn't damage any civilian, that guy lost his armor because he got rammed by a Rhino, not due to cannon damage.

I don't see what's wrong here?

The reason I deleted my message to "create a report" and instead told you to "send me the vid" because Nikola is NOT an official Army member, he's the member of the Swat High Command and has supporting rights, reports like these are treated differently as they're not full-time Army members.

Nikola is my friend, yes, which is why dealing with reports against him or anyone else that I'm befriended with is extremely difficult for me as a person. Yet I try to do my best at it and always ask General Whiskey for his opinion before taking action on reports on people I have a friendship with, this way it's not really possible anymore for me to pick a side.
Nevertheless, yeah I can't really see any civ getting shot?

You also shot when there were couple of civilians which is not allowed and punishable
And Robin since you're always asking Whiskey before taking any action , these are some pms from him when i did almost same rulebreak

@Overdose instead of bringing up a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, unrelated case and situation, you might as well answer the question.

seems that you didn't read all Whiskey's messages
He was talking generally about Rhino rules which he referred to not shoot at wanteds while there are nearby civillians
And my situation was different i agree, but only because they noticed me that they're carrying a civillian.

But in his reply he says ''if there is a risk of hurting an innocent''.

I have had support rights for the Army faction for a while now, and even though mistakes can happen, my action was calculated, and I knew that no civilian was close enough to get damaged once I fired the rhino.

In the video, you can partially see that I am avoiding to fire while the civilians were in the near proximity to you. Those two were intentionally running around you so that they can save you from being shot at. To me, that is no better then carrying an innocent on a car full of criminals, just to avoid getting damaged, and I am against this type of behavior (I would even call it abuse).

As I said, my shots were calculated, and I haven't damaged anyone other than you.

Also if this is the case as Whiskey said, I believe it should be mentioned in the rules thoroughly. My common sense states that I am free to open fire as long as I do not damage any civilian, which I clearly did not damage.

Once again I don't see what the point of your report is, since I haven't broken any officially written rule.

I will not reply to this topic anymore, since it looks like a report hunt to me. I will leave the decision for the Army High Command.

In case I am in the wrong here, I suppose that the rule should be added that you cannot fire at criminals who have civilians nearby (even if they aren't close enough to get damaged).

First of all, i don't even know who was those 2 players, and i didn't ask them to run around me, they're just playing innocently.

Mate I'm playing here just to chill for couple of minutes and there is no point to hunt you, I saw a rule break so i reported. I just saw your name when i reviewed the video.
And yeah, the rule supposed to be added on S.A Army In Game Rules that you cannot fire at criminals who have civilians nearby.
Waiting Whiskey's Reply since Robin has confusing arguments about this Rule.

And yet, you fail to answer a very simple question... Kindly do answer it so I can wrap this up.

If you wish to create a suggestion regarding a rule change, post a suggestion, don't rant on a report about it.

"Waiting Whiskey's Reply since Robin has confusing arguments about this Rule.", no you're once again comparing a completely irrelevant case to this one.

My answer to you Robin is to re-read Whiskey's answers regarding Rhino usage instead of trying to turn the case against me. It's not even a different situation of mine, it's clearly there were civilians nearby and Nikola kept shooting.
