Suggestion headline: Add a PUBLIC SUGGESTION in Army/Swat sections

Why should it be accepted: Basically add a public suggestion board in both the faction's forum. So that non members can suggest too. The fact is that if members suggest they will only see advantages not any buffs or removing an advantage.In this way factions will just get only advantages suggestions.
And if there is written that you can tell the suggestion to any commander. It is not worth it from my point of view as the suggestion should be represented among all and let's see how it goes.

And now question arises that members will always be negative with the against-faction suggestions. Either it should be like only public votes will be counted but members can share only their "point of views" or just disallow it for members. One of it may work.

Reason why I am suggesting it is the increasing number of suggestion these days as mostly "some" members only want to buff buff buff nothing else. So its basically the public who can honestly tell who is buffed or nerfed

Pointless imo since commanders/generals know what is op and what isn't, and they won't add something that doesn't make sense. You can always give your opinion/create suggestion in army/swat, it's not against rules.
If you don't like something and want to change it, make suggestion HERE.
Adding 'public faction suggestions' won't harm, but it's just additional pointless job, neutral.

Or just add in this board Faction suggestions, would be better than your idea

This board is for server suggestions if you know.
Secondly you said "commanders/generals knows what is op and what isn't"
so basically admin/ senior admins also know what is op and what isn't.
So basically if every high ranker know what is op and what isn't there would have been no use of suggestions head.

Exactly this, we (Generals and Commanders) always look from both sides, which is exactly why a bunch of highly-requested Army suggestions (e.g. items house) have been constantly denied.
In addition, at least for Army, Assistant Senior Administrator Whiskey keeps an eye on the suggestions and helps me in deciding if something would be too OP or not.

And last but not least, the developers and Seniors MUST approve ANY IG update (vehicle HP changes, etc).

The fact is that you didn't got the real point I am not opposing that members always post buff about faction. We respect your decision as it is fair. But there should be some point when it arises to nerf something too and no army member can suggest it. I am not questioning on your decisions but I am trying to make it clear that suggestion should be both for pros and cons. Nowdays I am litterally seeing it. Think as a non-general.

Q. Have you seen a army member posting a suggestion against army factions(like nerfing hunter, tank etc.)

For Generals/commanders,
Read it as you are a non member of any faction.

How does this make any sense?

Suggestions are made so that the people can show us (Generals) what they'd like to see changed/added, and it's up to the Generals to decide if this is suitable or not.

+1 for this. Since it recently happenned that a suggestion was posted on removing shock and taze for a faction but keeping the /ar command for them. And in that suggestion, only faction members were allowed to give opinion on it but they all give positive due to the fact that obviously their faction was getting an upgrade and ease their lives while playing in it. We( community members) also need to give opinion on it since it would be harming criminal class too. But still it got accepted since generals took only the pros.

Except ackman none does,
just see the last 10-15 suggestions, You guys denied them and I respect that.
As for the non-members can post suggestion in faction sections. I can't literally see that neither in swat nor in army.
And the main advantage is that atleast there will be some more suggestions regarding the buffs and nerfing of the faction too.

I am personally a army lover but the fact is that day by day suggestions in both factions are increasing and I just can see that improve this improve that. But I can't really see any against-faction suggestions. Yes you mentioned ackman's suggestion but I can't literally see except anyone posting regarding it. Not demotivating other members but yes there needs a public view over factions.

If you want to change something then do something, don't wait others to suggest it for you. Go now in army/swat suggestions and write what you want to nerf, or write it here, who cares, as long it makes sense it might be considered. People are just not bothered by small things and you can't blame members of faction for not suggesting something against themselves. There aren't really much op things about army/swat to nerf (army has 1 op thing and it's shock immunity, swat has few more but it's all realistic).
