The first situation was screen shoted on 3rd or 4th April. I didn't report him because I thought he won't repeat this mistake but he did it again today, so I had to report.

i just want to say that you opened fir on me and you were far away and really i didn't noticed that there was a white with you guys becasuse my draw distance is less. really i didn't noticed and i don't want to lie on this because i don't give a fuck. I am not shamed to accept my failure. i was in other miss conception that you are all wanted so i sued you and fired on you.. still i want to sorry for my act and ready for punishment. i don't have screenshots.
regarding the first screenshots. i killed suspects all red who were cophunting and i killed all red not even a single inocent in that case. if you have screenshot? give the link please.in today's incident i am admitting my mistake which i didnt knew that there was an innocent with you.

I was expecting that you would lie in your defense and I was right.
1st: I wasn't far away from you. You say that your draw distance is less so that's why you couldn't see I had civilians with me. Well the distance wasn't that much at all that you couldn't have seen the innocents with me.

2nd: I have provided 3-4 screen shots. In every screen shot, we are in a different area. In one of the screen shots we were close enough for you to see if there were civilians with me or not.

3rd: You say that you sued me. You didn't su me even for once. Don't make things harder for yourself by lying. It can be proven easily through my screen shots and other ways that you didn't su me.

4th: Regarding the first screen shot reply: Yes you only killed the red wanted in our base, but while killing the red wanted you were damaging me. I wasn't having any wanted level and you could clearly see that in the minimap but you still shot canon fires just to get the kills without caring about the tank rules.

5th: I will give the link of the video even though it's not necessary but just to make my case more stronger and prove that what a liar you are. Don't you realize that you have a tag and you shouldn't be lying with it just to defend yourself?
The AHC can clearly see how close you were to us in the screen shots and video.

I hope AHC will not just takes action on violating the tank rule but also on lying in order to defend himself.

i told you i did not noticed so its final from my side. and i will not change my decision even if i get a ban. i didnt noticed there was a innocent with you, there are alot of kids in my house today and they are sitting beside me. i dont remeber what the fuck i am doing with the game. they are yelling constantly and my mind is fucked up. everyone knows me i don't create problems to anyone. AHC i am sorry for this i will not repeat it again and ready to get punished if you want.. i think its enough. and in first case i killed all red and i dont remember you were there but there were alot of reds so i sued them and open fir on them. its obvious that rhino dont have good accuracy but still i tried to hit the red ones instead of you . and if you got damage im sorry for that but you were not killed. most of the the times using tank when you are about to kill reds, an innocent come infront of you so that you could not shoot. this is so irritating.

The first screenshots provided by Dollarman aren't enough to go on.
The incident that occurred today, however, is pretty clear, especially on the recorded video.
