Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: Recently, but it was there since the implementation.
Describe the bug: When your teammate tows the car, it becomes team vehicle but you are unable to /lock it.
Frequency: Always
Severity: Minor
Steps to reproduce: Just make it so it's lockable.

Is it a bug or is it scripted like that?

It must be a bug because there is no logical reason why we shouldn't be able to lock

I think they just forgot about this command, not really a bug. can be fixed in a couple of minutes.

I have pushed a fix, server should be updated on restart.
