Why should it be accepted: There are over 280 samp skins right? so my suggestion is to make a new donation item that players/group owners would be able to buy a specific skin that only their group ( or special rights) can use it.
For example I brought this skin

Now, only I will be able to use it, and the rest will get an error (this skin is used only by sheep or comrades group or something)
No custom skins are needed now robin
What do you think guys?

Maybe I dont, but I just wanted a new donation item, so I searched on google and found this one. maybe It is not the best Idea,however I would like to see another opinions.

In order to support custom skins the server needs to be switched to 0.3DL, which is an EXPERIMENTAL branch of SA-MP.
ALL Lsrcr players need to update their client to this EXPERIMENTAL version, which is highly inconvenient for the average player.

People might take a lot of the skins that an average player uses. Right now groups can have custom skins set to their ranks but it is till available to others, that's how it should be like.
