Suggestion headline: Instead of using only IDs after doing commands (for an instance to taze a suspect id 69, you have to /taze 69) we can put part of their name.

Why should it be accepted: Sometimes it is a pain in the ass in order to /pm someone to check his ID via tab or /id name and then to write a message. It would be way easier to do any command with the part of the name if we are unsure of the ID or don't know the ID. There were many situations that in a cop chase, we were not able to catch up a suspect's ID because he goes zik-zak or any other similar reason. An example, if you want to PM me, you'll type /pm kao Can I get SWAT Temporal rights. If there is KaosKSI in the server, then you'll have get the message "unavailable to detect player" (because 2 players with that part in the name are in the server) or sth similar to that and you have to type /pm Kaosx Can I get SWAT Temporal rights.

This was already suggested and I don't know what happened with the suggestion.

This suggestion does not remove the usable of /pm ID, /taze ID, /cmd ID, it only adds another way to do a command

Sometimes you're forced to taze during a fight and you can't see the IDs because they're running too fast, this suggestion can solve it.

It's also for criminals, not only for LEO commands.
