Hello so i donate 5usd already, i want get donation rank, and i open support ticket about buying wrong Item

If you donate 10$ only,you'll get Donaters tag.
So you'd have to donate extra 5$.
If you have created a support ticket,you'd have to wait as it's chirstmas time and every staff has life outside too.

in order to be member of the Donator group (green forum name), you need to donate at least $10 to the server (donate here). The $10 don't need to be donated at once, but in total. This means you can split it in several donations if you wish so.
After having donated the required amount, an Assistant Senior Administrator will add you to the forum group.

Also if you haven't been added to the donators group after onating a total of 10$ you may send a forum PM an assisstant senior administrator and wait.
