Panadol, the only way to proove that surprise changed vote because of thomas is a chat screenshot from samp, which you won't be able to provide. Members are free to change their votes maybe of they saw a change in your attitude or you did some thing bad while you have a pending application, however we can't know wether the vote was changed for the reason you mentionned or not.
