Explanation: when he came at me in the first duel , he were in vic's gang skin but after i did kill him he spawned at renegades because am robbing the stores at rodeo , as you saw in the pictures i told him that we are in skin and you aren't allowed to kill me but he did it without asking and robbed nearly $30,000 from my pocket then typed /gspawn and turned renegades off , he thought that i couldn't take screen shoot , but he was in skin ( cuz he did open the gate )

Scorcher, the proof where xnegative appears on the online renegades members doesn't show that zxcd is spawning, and looking at the kill list, after he killed you, he got wanted, which means he must suicide to change skin, but we don't see in the kill list that zxcd suicided, or got killed by some one, that proves what zxcd said to defend him self.
