The ultimate goal of Pagati Incorporated and its affiliates is to ensure the balance and stability of the State of San Andreas. To accomplish this goal, Pagati Incorporated holds no one side higher to another. We assist both civilians and law enforcement when needed to suit the goals not only of Pagati of itself, but of its government overseers. We operate at the upper echelons of operational security. We respond when others need help, regardless of their career choices, performing tasks that others simply cannot do. To accomplish these goals, we have access to information and resources others may find overwhelming. When Pagati is operating, we are acting as the right hand of those whose names shall remain redacted.

Pagati may be cold, but we are not cruel. We perform our duties with brutal efficiency not to be ruthless, but to be effective. When we carry out the tasks demanded of us, it is purely a matter of business, and not personal to any one individual or business. Respect towards us means a return in respect. Those who accept their fates shall be treated with the proper amount of just allowance. This means if you wish to surrender, we shall not rob your wallet, but rather we will even take you to an ATM or bank should you wish to deposit your money to ensure it's safety. This also means that just as we may ignore certain individuals with contracts again them in the interest of the greater good, so to may you ignore us, in the same interest. Allowing Pagati to carry out or work without hassle shall mean we will act in kind. Those who hold a good repertoire with Pagati shall find just how far Pagati will go to serve others, while individuals who act with malice will discover just how vicious we will be should the situation require it.

A: Yes, Pagati is always looking to expand in numbers.
Q: Is there a minimum score to join?
A: Yes. 500 is the minimum score.
Q:Can I team with someone who has a hit?
A:Yes, you can team with someone who has a hit, but you **must** clarify with them beforehand that you do not intend to claim their hit, and you cannot claim it while teaming if you made an agreement to team with them unless they ask you to do so. That also means avoid hitting them in the crossfire so you don't claim their hit by accident.
Q: The server rules say that hitmen can't carry out their own hit contracts, is Pagati an exception?
A: Yes. Pagati members are allowed to carry out their own hit contracts. Capregime+ ranks have the ability to place /hits while in skin. This applies ONLY when roleplaying, or if the person hit attacks first or makes a member feel at risk. We reserve the right to defend ourselves if we feel it's needed.

Q: I want someone dead, how do I get this done?
A: If you intend to place a RP hit, you must do so in a role-playing manner. This means you must approach Pagati and explain your situation. After doing so, Pagati will decide whether or not to accept your proposed hit and then take payment from you.

A: We used to be, but we now focus on CNR style gameplay. Members are free to roleplay if they wish, but it's not required and cannot be forced.

Q: How do I get promoted?
A: By being active, performing various duties, and filling out the proper forum application.
Q: A player has entered our base without permission, what do I do?
A: First check if the player has permission to be in the base. If not, ask the player to leave the base immediately, if he disobeys contact an Underboss+ rank to help you. Do NOT shoot at them unless they have a hit, are a LEO and you are wanted, or they shoot at you first.
Q: A fellow member is having a hard time claiming a hit, what should I do?
A: If a fellow member requests help, we recommend you come in skin, load up, and provide support. No member should fight alone. We are family, we protect our own.
Q: When is the use of the Seasparrow allowed?
A: When someone who has a hit worth $2500 or more, or is using aircraft, watercraft, or using a rooftop to make claiming their hit difficult, the Seasparrow may be deployed by Enforcer or higher ranks. The Seasparrow's machine gun CANNOT be used on anyone who is innocent and not carrying a hit, but you may use the rotor blades in self defense against police. This includes LEOs, civilians, and anyone teaming with a hit using the same vehicle.
Q: When can a Caporegime use the rocket launcher?
A: Caporegime+ may utilize their rocket for the purpose of taking down someone with a hit worth $5000, or when the hit user is using aircraft or watercraft. The rocket launcher may NOT be used indoors due to the risk of unintended casualties.
Q: May I sit in the office main chair?
A: Only Underboss+ ranks may sit in the main chair at the office. Only Capo+ ranks may side in the side chair (located right to the main chair).

A: Yes, there's no rule saying you can't do that, we encourage you to go and represent us there.
Q: Underboss+ ranks aren't online, who do we listen to?
A: In this case Capos take charge. Capos are not meant to issue orders but to lead members. Capos are also meant to command small teams to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently.

A: No, but it's highly recommended that you come in skin.

A: Yes, it is possible to change your role-play name. Speak to an Underboss+ if you wish to request an RP name change.
Q: For how long I can go inactive?
A: Members are allowed to be inactive for (at most) 20 days without notifying us, and 2 months maximum after notifying. Some exceptions may be approved for longer terms.
Q: I have a question that is not listed here, what do I do?
A: You are welcome to PM your question to an Underboss+ or the Pagati account whereby you will receive an answer shortly.
Q: I have a hit, but I've got a large amount of cash on me. Can Pagati rob my corpse if they take the hit?
A: Absolutely not! Pagati is based on respect and honor. We will not rob a corpse of a hit contract UNLESS said contract gave us an unfair and dishonorable chase (IE mounting biking around the map, excessive usage of drugs, or chasing us down when we made no attempt to kill them). This is why our members receive per-hit bonuses and payouts. However, we must be actively trying to claim the hit. Meaning if the police gun you down, and we're just close, we can still rob you.
Q: A Pagati member insulted me in skin using /w, is that okay?
A: In a roleplay situation, Pagati members should be polite and respectful, but can trash talk in character if the roleplay situation allows it (I.E. calling a police office a pig or calling someone a dirtbag while beating information out of them) This does NOT mean insults against someones family, or insults against a player is allowed, only a character!
Q: When is it okay for Pagati members to open fire inside the base?
A: When wanted if the user is a police office, when the user in the base has a hit, when a capo+ gives the order to kill an intruder, when an intruder poses a reasonable threat (I.E trying to heliblade or is shooting/aiming weapons) or when Pagati is practicing their shooting skills on each other.
Q: I ordered an airdrop for my group, and Pagati is online, but they aren't delivering it. Is this allowed?
A: Pagati members should prioritize airdrops for groups over all else unless they are roleplaying, taking a hit, or have other orders that came in before yours. When picking up an airdrop, group orders come FIRST.
Q: Do I need to ask permission to apply for Pagati?
A: No. If you want to apply for Pagati, just apply. Asking Pagati staff if you can apply is seen as spam and can result in a blacklist.
Q: I am leader in a group, and want to know what services Pagati provides.
A: You'll need to speak to the Don about this in a roleplay manner, but we can work out deals to avoid taking hit contracts on certain members, removing wanted levels, and providing additional manpower for certain big operations.
