Why should it be accepted: I don't think I need to go into too much detail, but currently Mechanics are able to /putnitro on a vehicle which already has it installed. I don't see the point of it besides a use of scoreboosting. Logically, you wouldn't be adding nitro to a vehicle that already has it.

Well as moral said i think its a bug and there is no point of putting anyways , its a waste of time for the player that will type /pitnitro

Lol that argument doesn't even make sense. One buys a new phone simply because they want to upgrade. Putting nitro on a vehicle which already has it is like throwing a glass of water into the ocean expecting a difference.

What’s the point in buying a car if you already own a 20 year old rust bucket?
Maybe we people want to upgrade? Phones don’t last forever? Software isn’t supported after a small 2 years (looking at you, Samsung)?
Plenty of reasons to upgrade, I do so yearly, sounds expensive but the re-sell value of a 1-year-old phone isn’t too bad anyway.

Anyway, nitro doesn’t last forever, you can bypass the cooldown by re-adding it.
