Suggestion headline: Add/remove this or that:Make scamming completely illegal.
Picture: Keep the picture in this:N/A
Importance of suggestion: 1/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players):6/10
Why should it be accepted: Type how much you want here to explain your thought:I never understood why scamming was legal at all.I mean whether you scam $50 or $500,000 its the same thing because after all it hurts players and stresses them out. There should be no rule as banning players per Dp scammed or banning them only if they scam over $3million or if they out of in-game cash. Scamming should have the same treatment as hacking and ban evading leading to permanent bans because it is a rule break after all.In addition to that, the new economy is making earning money harder so yeah. Scamming is no less than hacking and using aimbot. Scamming results in ruining gameplay and hurting others.

I believe the $3m rule is now $300k. Also, scamming someone out of donation items (jail cards, duel cards, donation points etc) is completely forbidden regardless of the $300k limit rule.
As Robin mentioned, the Trade Center was also added for a reason - to avoid any scams.
While I personally don't scam, this IS a CnR server. Scamming is a criminal activity. As long as they follow the 300k limit and don't scam things that cost real money like Donation Points and Jail cards, they should be allowed to scam. People scam all the time in real life. Pyramid schemes (aka Multi-Level Marketing), Ponzie schemes, embezzlement, and so on. Really, comes down to simply being smart enough and wary enough to NOT fall for a scam. You need to be careful about who you trust, where you trade, and so on. I like that it adds that feeling of criminality to the server. You never know who to trust, who is good, who is bad. In a real criminal world, your best friend could be the one to put a bullet in your head. Here is no different. Just how I feel.
