Also, I've been working on this for two weeks. Don't take whatever Ada says to heart.

-There are cops who are 'supposedly' able to somehow use /cuff and /ar on your id at the exact same frame.
- Like they just drive in and 'happen' to have your number,
-how good they are because they "copy paste" commands. One, I doubt they actually do.

I spend and have spent most of the time myself as a cop and I can assure you typing those 3 or 4 commands within 2-4 seconds is definitely doable. Pointing this out because I also felt you were trying to imply most of those cops are using illegal modifications. That doesn't mean all of them are legit though, there are always going to be cheaters and we try our best to find and eliminate them. Remember that having the ability to execute commands fast is a skill itself. And that's what we want. It requires practice and surely none of us were good at arresting when we first started.I applaud those with the SKILL to quickly cuff. My issue is NOT being cuffed. My issue is the speed of ARREST. We are talking about being cuffed AND ARRESTED in under a second. I will be recording, and can show where the message for cuff and arrest is all within the same timestamp. Being cuffed instantly is NOT the issue. The issue is when you are cuffed AND ARRESTED within the same time. The suggestion is a timer between /cuff, and /arrest. So speed of command is still very much good, you can /cuff as fast as you want. And once a user is cuffed, they have a CHANCE to /bc or have someone pick their cuffs. Offer a bribe, something. But there should be a TIME between /cuff (which makes a user harmless, they can't shoot, shock, ect) and /arrest, which sends them to jail. All I was suggesting was that when a user is cuffed, there be a timer to give them a chance to /bc or something. because being instantly cuffed and arrested is crap. I don't mind being cuffed, because it CAN be broken out of. I mind when I am cuffed and arrested so fast I can't even get a screenshot of it. They cuff and arrest so fast I can't even press F8 before I'm in jail. That is broken
There are many ways to counter a fast typer, but keep in mind only a handful amount of players are that quick. The average let alone newbie cop has a hard time arresting someone when guns like sawn-offs are being used to begin with. The cuff range was significantly reduced two years ago to make it a bit harder, however making it even shorter is not recommended, factors like ping, lag and so on will come into play if we do so.
We could possibly make it so cuffing has a chance to fail, as suggested (the more arrests you have the higher the chances to succeed), however this needs to be discussed thoroughly among community members. I am not sure if making any more cop vs criminals changes will benefit at all, to be honest.
