Your suggestion: Increase /swclimb chances and increase the cool down to 15 mins (optional) or so.
Reason: The members are always failing whenever they try to use this command, makes it doesn't even worth to try executing the command. I dont even mind to change the rank requirement for this command to make it fair.
Any changes/ideas/opinions are all welcome

It's not supposed to have higher chances due to the fact it exactly works same as air-break. When this feature was under-progress, It wasn't even allowed to be implemented at first place, I guess EnerG rejected it or someone else.

We can’t shoot while doing /swclimb so its not “exactly” same and criminals can, and about suggestion i think its perfect the way it is, tbh swclimb is useless imo cuz 9 out of 10 times crims jump down to die i am neutral

Just to clarify, it is not supposed to be the same as airbreak. Due to San Andreas having old mechanics, they cannot show SWAT members climbing walls via a rope. This is exactly that minus the rope. Its not like it can be used anywhere in the air without an actual medium to climb it. I don't know what people's problem is with it. It is very much a realistic feature if that is your concern regarding game physics these days.

As for the suggestion, I personally think its fine the way it is. Sometimes you fail to climb a wall, sometimes you succeed. Cooldown is great too so you don't have to wait too long.
