Hey Eslam. You are great guy and definitely one of most active cops on our server. We played together many times and there is one thing which I noticed. Alright. I remember one situation when you called backup in cop hunt and after few minutes you started to arguing with another cop because of stealing. I'll prefer to say 'thanks for help' or something like that instead of arguing. We, S.W.A.T. members, really appreciate when cops helping us in hard situations and we are thankful for that.

I'm not impressed with your test result and I truly believe that you can do it better. I just saw, this is your 11 app in a row... My friend this is clearly negative but I'll give you neutral just to show that I believe in you. Good luck!

Your attitude and test results looks good to me, im sure you could do better in the driving part but i know your skills so no worries.

My teammate lillard talked about you argueing about the arrests and it's something that i noticed aswell. Playing in swat skin requires being mature, knowing when to answer and when to not. You'll be facing many insults, people that're provocing you, and of course some cops that gets the suspect that you've been chasing and made efforts trying to get him, so it's important to be ready for this matters and well behave because you're not only representing yourself, but a whole faction.

There's also something that i mentionned in your last apply, i said your communication skills needs some improvements and unfortunately, in my eyes, they've not been up yet to the level i deem suitable to be swat member and communicate without problems.

All in all, you can see some strong points i said there, However your dedication to the leo skin and the amount of loyality you've shown to this faction are things that simply cannot be neglected. therfore my vote will be Neutral.

You're a chill dude with a good activity as a leo, however your test results are not as high as I expected, you should definitely work on your driving marks and your shooting skills. Moreover, reading your reason makes me understand that your english knowledge is quite low, and we are a team which mostly communciating with each other hence I'll have to go negative here.
