bug: dying after getting sent to alcatraz

Describe the bug: when you are sent to alcatraz, you can suicide if you have 300ish ping, since I don't have that ping I can't show how, but I can show that chatlog of a player that has done it 5 times today. I noticed it for the first 4 times, then on the 5th time when I sent him to alcatraz, I was constantly /locing him and his location switched between Los Santos and Alcatraz Yard then after a while, they are teleported to Los Santos International somehow, and they die from falling from height, so I suppose they intentionally keep (re)entering the alcatraz yard so trigger the bug. Frequency: if the player has 350ish ping then it will be almost happening always. Haven't seen it happen with someone who has 300- ping.

Steps to reproduce: Since I can't show you how to reproduce, I'll post a screenshot of the player that did it, I'm not showing the name here due to obvious reasons, if any admin wants to know the the name of the player or the full sized screenshots, tell here I will forum PM.

I've seen it happening once where the player faced a similar issue but the player died due to the checkpoint inside the Alcatraz jail that leads to alcatraz yard so basically this happens when the ping is high the player falls off the ground and dies.

this bug fixed since trying to save him from ban it's not good idea and he didn't abuse he cheated as more players sent to alca daily but it never happen with anyone for example terrorists team they are sent to alca daily it never happened with anyone of them i sent to alca more 6 or 7 times yesterday and it never happened with me don't try to save him from report

Well, reproducing this bug is way easier than i thought, i tested this on 150 ping, all you need to do is hold down your forward key and keep entering and exiting through the checkpoint, and viola! there you are falling from sky on LSA.

Moreover, if you try to do this in LS bank, (the one located in pershing square), you will end up finding yourself stuck in bank interior with no checkpoint, except for the bank menu checkpoint.
