Suggestion: Vortex

The vortex is a vehicle of skill. It has defined place in Ls-rcr. The issue is not with the vehicle itself, but rather with the player. A player using a vortex must be aware of their bullets, aim, and who is around them. It is not the fault of the vehicle if the player is irresponsible with it. Instead of removing the vehicle, a better solution would be to create rules around it and punish those who break them. However, that is more work for the staff, but given they already receive many vortex reports, maybe well defined rules would help them receive less.

i'm agree with you but how the player using it will control about it?
he can't make the shots go to the enemies only also so i think remove this thing will be easy then put rules and also will be there who break it

he don't have anything to do against it ! it's really bad idea to let something like that allowed because it bring more problems like and no one can control it and at these days i see more players stop using it because it bring to them more problems like reports and warnings i hope this things removed

It's their responsibility if they decide to use it. If they can use it without blindly shooting in the open and not see any nearby innocent, but instead notice nearby innocents on the map and drive away, then it would be possible to use a vortex without any rulebreaks. And by the way, trust me, a car and an M4 is the only thing you need to defeat a vortex. I've done it multiple times. That said, -1.

Players who use it just need to understand that "accidentally dm"ing someone while using the vortex is a lame excuse and won't be tolerated. If you want to donate for the vortex, that's fine - however, the driver should be SMART and not shoot around innocents that will get them deathmatched, because it's the drivers responsibility to follow the rules.

Removing the vortex is a silly idea because not everyone uses vortex to cophunt. It's a fun vehicle that can go on land, water and even glide through the air off Mt. Chilliad.
