I need help! [Reward included]

I have a problem with my WiFi router apparently. When I play GTA, my ping jumps up to 300 these last 2 months, and I cannot play for shit with that much ping, it causes my game to desync. However, when I turn off the WiFi so others cannot connect (by that I mean that my family cannot access the WiFi, only the PC can), my ping returns back to normal around 70 ping.

It returns to it's normal state when I turn off WLAN from router so my other family members cannot connect to it.

2 questions:

- What causes my ping to rise so high whenever I want to play, for ex. while my sisters uses TikTok sometimes and whenever she is using something like that, my ping jumps to 300?
I never had this problem before, even when other family members use the internet from the router/modem.

- What can I do to prevent this from happening, should I contact someone to change my shitty internet or there is something else interfering with my internet connection?

I have a similar problem to this when my mom connects on the WiFi. Maybe it's because your sister's phone is doing those automatic updates or backing up data or something. I don't know much really but that's just my guess.

The link you’ve sent is related to Samsung S9 exactly the cellphone my sister has and S10 the cellphone my father has. For some reasons, they slow down the internet apparently. Is there any tech genius who can help me out here?

You pretty much already did the best you can do; isolating things to locate the issue. Clearly another device is causing an issue on your network. The best way to fix it is to track down which device is the problematic one.
You can take a few approaches to this, but the easiest on a small family network is just turning them off one by one and noting down the difference.
If nothing works, it could be that it’s more than one device that’s responsible, again, just test it!
Once you know which device it actually is, report back here and we’ll look into that

I had this issue once, and is was because of theft. My neighbor found my wifi unprotected, and hooked all his devices to it. Soon as I set a password on it, my usage drops 54% and I didn't have any issues, outside of my neighbor being pissed off. So if you don't have a password, set one. If that doesn't work, go in to your router and see what all is connected, and what is using the most. Google can teach you how to do that.

I was facing this issue and it was because of a weak wifi adapter. I switched to LAN cable and that pretty much fixed everything for me.

Considering the troubleshooting he’s done so far, I highly doubt he’s retarded enough to not have a password.

Sometimes its the stupid tiny things that trip us up. Trust me, last time my car's check engine light came on I took it in to be checked... turns out I didn't have the gas cap on tight enough...

Well bro, about the so called test... I opened SA-MP to see my ping and it was 1300 few seconds ago, I disconnected my sister's cellphone Samsung Galaxy S9 and ping went back to normal state 50-60. Definitely the Samsung S9 is causing the internet to slow down. Any recommendations for me?

The internet is slowed down not only in my main PC, but also in my cellphone (connected via WiFi).
