error with lux house messages

When did the bug appear: idk, been since I bought my apartment
Describe the bug: When I set messages for enter/leave via /luxmenu they don't display
Frequency: (rare/always) Always
Severity: (major/minor/blocker)Minor
Steps to reproduce: Use /luxmenu and set a message for leaving and entering. They simply don't display to anyone. Rarely the leaving message shows, but never more than once.

I found a couple bugs related to this and fixed it on beta. Patch will hopefully be on main soon.
