This guy's attitude is soOo much worst. I saw him doin' too much evades

like: speaking foreign language(with some insults(i know its language because he's my neighbor) he only does that when players aren't from other countries, and we tried to warned him. But, he won't stop like a child you were stopping it)
DMing to a newbies i also saw him doin' that, every time i passed by.
