Why should it be accepted: The name pretty much speaks for itself, I think that adding a new set (or a couple) of new question sets for the Auto-Quiz would be a good thing since most of the players nowadays can complete the Auto-Quiz in like 5 seconds or less since it's the same pattern over and over again. If not maybe just randomizing the pattern of which the questions appear would be good as well.

Total support. They should be made to READ the rules, not memorize the answers. Maybe even add a timer to each question

Adding a language selector (option where you can select in which language QnA will appear) wouldn't hurt but might have long time effect and might eventually teach players with low english knowledge some rules. Morever, making questions appear in random order might make a player actually read questions.

Good suggestion but i would say to make the quizzed players anti-carjack so they don't get arrested during the quiz. +1

Maybe but what my opinion is that the questions are so easy that you simply know the answer just by reading the first 3 words of the question and you already know what to answer.

+1, Also i have seen many players answers the quiz for newbies who are DM someone and they continue DM'ing.

it will be great. a lot of players DMing becuase they already know the quiz answers and it's not problem for them if they get the quiz or not they just DM for bichting.
