Did you try two people? I think it only boots up if 2+ users try to connect/2+ are online. It's to stop people soloing the derby's for score/money

There server itself is literally not online, so nothing to connect to.

There server itself is literally not online, so nothing to connect to.
Try it with two people. If two people try to log in at the same time, the server will kick on (It's off by default, and won't show anything). Might take a try or two, but it SHOULD work. Always has for me
