When did the bug appear: recently
Describe the bug: being ar-ed as most wanted gives you excessive jailtime
Frequency: always
Severity: major
Steps to reproduce: be ar-ed as MW, 13 minutes of jailtime?!?

We're already aware of this bug as of the first occurrence. We have already fixed it and it will be on main in the next restart.
