Anything else: So all of this started when i was chasing a hit located in commerce , i arrived in commerce to take the hit but unfortunately the hit guy was AFK , i saw Athelstan coming and he stopped infront of me asking me to pull over , i told him " stop stalking me " but he continued , he did the /pu thing just to make an excuse for the reason he stopped at me , the guy came back from AFK and managed to run to pershing square because Athelstan was distracting me , i left the guy (lets say 10hp) , I could take the hit but Athelstan was infront of me and i would become wanted if i killed him so it would be dangerous to kill someone infront of a cop , so the main reason Athelstan stalked me was because he wanted me to take the hit infront of him so he could arrest me , anyways , i let this slide off by talking to Fady privately , the hit guy went in Dillimore and i was still chasing him along with Athelstan behind me following , Fady himself told me it would be a rulebreak if he had done that in a long time , but he said " he'll follow you but not bother you " and he asked me to take the hit while i could , i arrived in Dillimore and i found out the hit was AFK again , he came back and i tried taking the hit which i left him literally 0.1 hp , he managed to go to Rodeo by using a NRG and he stopped somewhere with his bike and got off the mountain by commiting suicide , Athelstan was still following me , i located the guy again and he spawned in Rodeo , i went in Rodeo at the place he spawned , i found him and Athelstan both in own vehicles , the hit guy was AFK and Athelstan was saying to him " im save you " and told me " im protecting him " but earlier Fady told me " hes saying hes waiting for you to take the hit " , and i honestly was like " man fuck off leave me alone stop making excuses you don't even know him " , he said " he go afk 15 mins " but suddenly goes away with his car and Fady pm-es me " i messaged him " and thats the reason he went away just because Fady told him to , Fady left the server , the guy comes back from AFK and i was on top of his car shooting him with a TECH9 weapon , his car took some heavy damages from my shots , he gets out from the car and takes another one , (Athelstan was still at Rodeo waiting for me to take the hit but he was a bit away from us doing nothing just spectating) , i managed to blow up his car and eventually i took the hit succesfully and i was left alone with no vehicles nearby , 5-6 seconds passed after i took the hit and Athelstan immediately arrives at me and arrests me. Fady himself can confirm everything but the arrest , he also told me to report and thats why im here. Thanks

2. After he told you to stop you stopped but you didn't go away from the place , came back after like 1 min.
3. Fady told me that you were waiting for me to take the hit (which means to arrest me not to save civillian from death) also not your cop job.

5. After i killed the guy you immediately come to arrest me , protect him? lol he literally was dead , how could you protect him , please , your excuses are so bad so don't even try.
6. Buy nrg? rofl , you literally came back driving the same car you had before.
7. I request an ASA+ to check his logs if he went to buy a NRG that he's saying , even if he did , this one is a good excuse to cover his great intentions for arresting me.

If we punish Athelstan for doing his job (law enforcement) then we might as well punish you for taking hits as a hitman if a specific player is often placed hit upon, who may take this personally as you did with him arresting you.
He did not break any rules https://ls-rcr.com/rules/ - he did not follow and ram you or steal your kills/arrests continuously. There is no rule about following civilians or potential criminals as a LEO.

As for him using /pu on you - that is also allowed. If you fail to pull over then he's allowed to place a wanted star on you and fine you. However, this scenario should be avoided doing repeatedly. Once every 10-15 minutes is ok if the /pu reason is justified, as long as it's not score boosting or annoying the player.
